Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig September 21 1983) is an American actress best well-known for her role in the roles of Shannon Rutherford on the ABC television series Lost as well as Kim Mills in the Taken trilogy. After the divorce of her parents her parents separated, she moved to Worthington in Ohio and moved at Los Angeles. The year 2001 was a difficult one for her, but despite financial struggles she managed get her first significant performance in the video online series Rachel's Room in the role of Rachel's Room's lead character. In the following year, she was awarded an Young Artist Award nomination in 2002 for her performance as fifteen-year-old victim Martha Moxley in the television movie Murder in Greenwich. Grace appeared as Shannon Rutherford on the Lost television series in 2004. She played the lead role for two seasons, and won an award for her performance, a Screen Actors Guild Award.
