Matthew Matt James born in North Carolina 5 December 1991. Parents are Manny James, and Patty James. He is the son of an Nigerian father and a Caucasian mom. He graduated of Sanderson High School. In 2015, he earned an undergraduate degree in Economics from Wake Forest University. James first gained popularity as a reality star on The Bachelorette. James was chosen in the year 2020 to play the bachelor for season 25 of The Bachelor, becoming the first African American lead. The series premiered in on the 20th of January in. James was the best selection for the role because he's well-rounded tall, athletic and has a good sense of humor.
